Varied and nice breakfast with a lot of cereal and fruit to satisfy every guest. Comfortable bedroom. Exceptionally nice location just off a 'texmex' restaurant next to the marina, Neuchatel in the 1960s, and shops and attractions, could not be better. The breakfast offers a satisfying variety of cereals and fruits for all guests. the bedrooms provide a comfortable stay. the hotel's prime location near a 'texmex' restaurant, marina, and various shops and attractions in Neuchatel creates a perfect atmosphere to enjoy.

the hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was comfortable near the town center. we had an air conditioned room, also there were air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet, and a safe box. the lake view was a bonus. location: the property was so close to lake, bus stop, shops, farmer's market, 10-15 minute walk to older part of town, and neuchatel and the harbour.

Location close to the harbour side where bars and clubs are, the harbour and the marina. Units with a bathroom attached.

Very good location and free parking! Even as the room was classified as street side room we had lake view!

Missing Air-condition. Room was very hot. Due to normal city noise windows could only be opened before going to bed. (Windows are very well noise insulated!)

Spotlessly clean place with harbour views and lively staff. Tidy rooms and clean bathrooms. Delicious cereal and fruit supplied. In an excellent location very close to restaurants and bars. Right by a tram station, you can get anywhere.

Well situated for exploring the town.

We mistakenly entered what we thought was the hotel reception, but it was the restaurant. Despite the fact that we had cases with us- which suggested that we were coming to stay - the waitress was unwelcoming and really quite rude when pointing out our error. As a result, we ate elsewhere.

Location is excellent as the wedding we attended took place very close to hotel.

The room was small and the price rather high...but we booked this hotel only for its 'location'.....

The hotel has a magnificent setting with a short walk to the lake and close to the town station. There is a 'tex-mex' restaurant next to the marina and various local restaurants nearby. they offer rich and particularly nice breakfasts as part of the basic offering.

Reasonably comfortable hotel but nothing special

The hotel is right by the harbour. On the night we stayed, there was a loud music event at the harbour that went into the early hours. The hotel room was too hot but it was too noisy to open the window. Breakfast was not included in the price.

Great location right on harbour. Lake room had super view over harbour. Reception provided free pass for public parking nearby. Excellent pizza in restaurant downstairs, and excellent breakfast in hotel.

Recently renovated with lovely views and friendly, helpful staff, offering a range of breakfast options like cereal and fruit.

the hotel was very central to our needs and whilst basic with a small room it was also very comfortable and very clean with a ready supply of hot water for showers

the walls were a bit thin so we could hear a lot of noise at times but saying that it was generally a qiet hotel
